Rick Andrade has a distinguished career spanning over 25 years including business consulting, business operations and investment banking. He joins Mosaic Capital as a Director, responsible for business development and with providing financial advisory services to middle market companies and their owners.
Rick has a broad business background in media & entertainment, food & beverage, nutritional (organic) products, agricultural processing, business services, cross border manufacturing, and distribution. Early in his career as Manager of Corporate Services at Warner Bros., he provided global operations and finance, strategic planning, and new acquisition review and analysis support for 11 divisions, including all new media technologies.
Rick did tours of duty at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLP (CGE&Y), PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) and Accenture LLP (formerly Andersen Consulting LLP), providing a range of strategic, business, marketing, financial planning and transaction advisory services to marquis companies including: Amgen, Mellon Bank, Sky Chef, Disney and NBC/Universal. Previously, Rick provided similar consulting services to dozens of middle market and entrepreneur lead companies.
Most recently, Rick was associated with a local investment banking firm in the capacity of deal origination and execution, completing the sale of Santa Barbara Olive Company.
Rick earned his BA and MBA degrees from UCLA. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
