Gordon is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Mosaic Capital LLC and its affiliates, Mosaic Capital Securities LLC (Member NASD and SIPC) and Mosaic Capital, Inc. (licensed California real estate broker), which serve owners and advisors of mid-sized companies with sale
and divestiture, valuation and M&A advisory services.

Gordon received his BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, while attending international business programs at Cambridge University and at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He then earned an MBA in Finance at the University of California, Berkeley
while earning a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Gordon is admitted to practice law in California (inactive status), is a general securities principal licensed with the NASD, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and has passed the California CPA exam.
Following a tour of duty at KPMG Peat Marwich, where Gordon guided blue chip clientele in planning and implementing domestic and international tax, transaction and exit strategies, Gordon opened his own law practice in Los Angeles, specializing in tax efficient business transactions
for owner-managed and entrepreneurial companies in a wide variety of industries.
Gordon serves as a board member and strategic advisor for several entrepreneurial and family companies. As a Board Member, Gordon helped oversee the sale of Products Research and Chemical Corporation, a leading NYSE technology company to UK-based Courtlaulds plc., the sale of Six
Flags Over Georgia amusement park to Premier Parks and the sale of the Vista Hospital chain to Universal Health Services.
Gordon co-founded and serves as Managing Director of Professionals Network Group, Inc. (www.provisors.com), a non-profit alliance of over 800 senior-level professionals, whose firms represent clients ranging from local owner operated businesses
to global multi-billion dollar companies.
Gordon lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and their three daughters. His passions include white water rafting, golf, skiing, tennis and savoring fine wine and food with friends.
