Victor Griego is a Vice President at Mosaic Capital LLC and Mosaic Capital Securities
LLC - Member FINRA / SIPC.
Mr. Griego has been an investment banker and corporate finance professional since
1993, starting his career at Roth Capital Partners. Victor is considered an expert
on reverse mergers, PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equities) transactions, structured
financings and market advice to microcap public companies. He has been involved
with numerous assignments for both public and private clients totaling over $650
Million in value including more than 40 Reverse Merger and 20 PIPE transactions.
He has worked with public companies in many countries including Mexico, China, Vietnam,
South Korea, and Canada. During his career he has worked with domestic and foreign
industries including healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications,
green energy, logistics, consumer retail, restaurants, media and entertainment.
Mr. Griego received a BS in Physics from the University of California, Irvine.
