Robert Smith is a Director with Mosaic Capital and is responsible for executing buy-and-sell-side M&A transactions and other investment banking engagements.
Prior to Mosaic Capital, Robert was a Principal at a regional investment bank where he successfully completed a number of M&A transactions in diversified manufacturing, retail, distribution, and service sectors. Prior to this, Robert worked as an attorney with Prindle, Decker & Amaro and as a successful consultant to the technology sector.
Mr. Smith earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law School and his B.A. Degree (with honors) in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
